Linebreak works like an architecture firm. We design and build ventures for our clients: we plan, bring in the right specialist partners from our ecosystem, and see it through to delivery. We charge fees for the design and build work, and we take a minority equity stake in the venture alongside the client. Venture IP stays with the portfolio company, and our exit terms align with the client’s.
